This is the seventh edition of DFC, and Aster DM Healthcare is super excited to be a part of it for the fourth year in a row. The goal of DFC is to inspire the community to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle by committing to 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days. How cool is that?

In line with the vision of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, to make Dubai one of the most active cities in the world, Aster is all set to join the movement. Not only will Aster employees be participating in various activities, but they will also be promoting the Aster Wellbeing Initiative that is currently running in seven countries.
