Internova Travel Group CEO J.D. O’Hara and executive vice president Albert Herrera recently unveiled Curated Hotels & Resorts, a new portfolio of design-driven, lifestyle hotels. During a lively discussion at the Elevate conference, O’Hara and Herrera explained that they identified a missing segment in their existing programs and saw an opportunity to offer a more lifestyle-focused hotel experience. The Curated collection currently features 300 hotels and resorts, with plans to expand to 400. These properties are carefully selected to provide guests with unique and trendy experiences, while still delivering top-notch service. As an added bonus, clients of Internova advisors can enjoy a $100 credit and room upgrades when staying at participating Curated properties for two or more consecutive nights. This exciting addition joins Internova’s other hotel collections, Select Hotels & Resorts and the Worldwide Hotel Program, offering a wide range of options for travellers. In addition to the announcement, industry partners shared updates on destinations recovering from recent crises. Morocco, Maui, and Israel are all open for business and eager to welcome visitors. Attendees were reassured that Morocco is safe to visit, despite a recent earthquake. Vanessa Johnson from the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau encouraged travellers to support Maui’s recovery efforts after devastating wildfires. While the town of Lahaina remains closed, resort areas in the north have reopened and are ready to receive guests. Chad Martin from the Israel Ministry of Tourism acknowledged the current challenges but urged advisors to hold on to bookings and be prepared for when travel to Israel resumes. With these updates and the introduction of the Curated collection, Internova is demonstrating its commitment to providing diverse and exciting travel experiences for its clients.
