Alex Rodriguez, the former baseball player turned commentator, has shifted his fitness goals from winning championships to feeling good every day. While he used to consume a lot of steak, potatoes, rice, and beans during his playing days, he now follows a cleaner diet with 3-4 meals and a protein shake. His fridge is stocked with water, eggs, salad, hummus, and various fruits. However, A-Rod also indulges in his love for chips and drinks 7-8 cups of black coffee daily. In terms of his eating habits, he even enjoys a unique combination of peanut butter, jelly, and turkey in his sandwiches. Despite his retired status, Rodriguez maintains a regular workout routine, hitting the gym for 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week. This unconventional approach keeps the 48-year-old in great shape.
