Akshara Haasan, the daughter of South Indian megastar Kamal Haasan, has recently bought a swanky apartment in Mumbai, joining the elite list of film stars who own a house in the city. Her new abode is located in the posh area of Khar, in west Mumbai, and boasts a spacious 2354 sq ft area. The apartment, which comes with a hefty price tag of over Rs 15 crore, is situated on the 13th floor of the luxurious Ekta Verve tower.
Akshara’s new apartment offers not just luxury but also convenience, with three car parking spaces available for her use within the complex. Previously owned by a couple from Bandra, the flat was officially registered in Akshara’s name on September 27. Ekta Verve, developed by the renowned Ekta World Group, is a boutique project that offers a range of 3BHK, 4BHK, and 5BHK apartments. The tower consists of 18 apartments and a duplex, with most of them being 5BHK flats.
Residents of Ekta Verve enjoy a host of amenities, including a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, a sky lounge, private elevators, and more. The tower is designed to meet global standards and provides a luxurious living experience.
While Akshara has chosen to reside in Mumbai, her father Kamal Haasan’s houses are located in Chennai. The house in Alwarpet, where the legendary actor was born, is still well-maintained. Two years ago, Kamal Haasan moved to a house in the upscale area of Boat Club Road. In addition to his properties in South India, he also owns a house in London.
