Exciting News: Hong Kong’s Famous Ju Xing Home Restaurant is Coming to Singapore!

Hong Kong’s Ju Xing Home restaurant, popular with Jay Chou, Nicholas Tse and more, is set to open its first overseas outpost in Singapore. The restaurant, known for its Cantonese stir fries and spicy Sichuan dishes, will be located at Ngee Ann City and is scheduled to open on December 1st. Chef-owner Ng Kong Kiu, who is determined to maintain the quality and improve his culinary skills, will personally oversee the Singapore outlet. While most of the menu items will be the same as in Hong Kong, the restaurant plans to create some exclusive dishes for the Singapore location. One of the must-try dishes recommended by Ng Kong Kiu is the Lobster or Prawn Fried Rice Vermicelli, which has become a favorite among celebrities and chefs. Alan Tam, a loyal customer and Hong Kong actor, always orders this dish and recommends it to his friends. Another popular dish is the Boiling Fish in Hot Chilli Oil, which is a favorite of renowned chef Umberto Bombana. The restaurant also serves a traditional Sweet and Sour Pork dish, cooked with a homemade hawthorn sauce. Ng Kong Kiu enjoys collaborating with other chefs and often invites them to cook and create dishes together. With the opening of the Singapore outlet, he looks forward to collaborating with local chefs as well. Ju Xing Home will be located at B2-36A, Takashimaya Shopping Centre, 391 Orchard Road.
