Hey guys, check this out! Big news from Ten Lifestyle Group PLC – the London-based lifestyle and travel services company. So, the Non-Executive Chair, Bruce Weatherill, has stepped down from the board after six years due to ill health. That’s a bummer, but hey, they’ve got a successor lined up! Non-Executive Director Jules Pancholi is taking over as the new chair. Also, Non-Executive Director Gillian Davies is planning to step down after the annual general meeting in February. But wait, there’s more! They’ve appointed Edward Knapp and Carolyn Jameson as non-executive directors.
Back in June, Ten Lifestyle said Pancholi is a big deal – with loads of experience in driving value creation through growth, technology, and product-market fit. They mentioned his previous gigs as a non-executive director of Skyscanner Ltd and chair at Oritain UK Ltd, among other roles.
