Experience the Charm of Pierce County Cities on “Selling Seattle”

Lights, camera, action! “Selling Seattle” is set to make a return to the charming cities of Pierce County, shining a spotlight on two well-known personalities in a lifestyle-focused real estate show.

Since its inception in 2014, the show “Selling Your City” on American Dream TV has been committed to presenting local real estate and communities across the nation. With each state in the U.S. having its own local show, “Selling Your City” is now in its eighth season, featuring episodes focused on Washington’s “Selling Spokane” and “Selling Seattle.”

The forthcoming season is highlighted by the incorporation of segments filmed in Pierce County. Viewers will be treated to familiar sights not only in Seattle, but also in the cities of Tacoma and Gig Harbor. The show features 29 hosts, all of whom are real estate brokers across the Puget Sound and its nearby communities.

One of the hosts, Julia Runyan, a local Gig Harbor real estate broker, will take charge of the Gig Harbor segments. With 35 years of experience in the real estate industry and deep roots in Gig Harbor, Runyan is the ideal guide to showcase the lifestyle in this maritime town. She also intends to feature the Key Peninsula on the show.

Proud of her long-standing roots in Gig Harbor, Runyan is a part of one of Gig Harbor’s historic families, the Bujacichs, who arrived over a century ago. She also plans to focus on the fishing history of the harbor and explore the iconic netsheds in her upcoming segments.

In addition to showcasing Gig Harbor, Runyan’s episode has also highlighted the Harbor History Museum and a waterfront home on Henderson Bay. Similarly, Orting made its debut on “Selling Seattle” with local host Dawn Heilbrun, an experienced real estate broker and business owner.

To view their episodes and others, viewers can watch “Selling Seattle” episodes on American Dream TV. The show is scheduled to air three times a month, with Runyan and Heilbrun contracted to host one episode every other month.
