The range of categories is impressive, encompassing from Bar of the Year to the Sustainability Award, and includes renowned establishments such as Bruach Bar, Sweetpea Café, and Dhoom Streetery and Bar. Additionally, rising stars of the industry, such as Ethan O’Hare of WeeCOOK and Rebecca McFarlane of Black Mamba, will be acknowledged.
