The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an HR Technology Senior Specialist. This entails configuring and maintaining the Workday system, as well as contributing to the planning, development, and implementation of new systems. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within HR in collaboration with stakeholders across HR and the business.
What You Will Do:
As a member of our collaborative team, your responsibilities will include participating in the development, testing, configuration, and implementation of new projects, enhancements, and interfaces across Workday. Additionally, you will maintain the configuration for assigned areas and provide guidance across all configuration areas for the team. Your tasks will also involve conducting research on enhancements and value-add changes across the platform, working with functional team members and subject matter experts to understand requirements, and communicating system capabilities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining various reports, as well as performing system regression testing after each upgrade of Workday to ensure all business processes and security accesses remain unaffected.
What We Are Looking For:
We are searching for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 2-5+ years’ experience with HR enterprise systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships, solid organization and time management capabilities, and be adept at handling highly confidential information.
