The forthcoming Leicester Vegan Festival, boasting over 70 stalls, is scheduled to be held in Leicester next month, at De Montfort University on Saturday, March 2. The event promises a diverse offering of attractions, including world food caterers, a wide selection of cooked foods, delectable pies, cakes, chocolates, sandwiches, salads, beauty and skincare products, candles, cheeses, jewellery, crafts, healthy treats, sweet treats, clothing, drinks, juices, smoothies, charity merchandise, and free samples. Renowned names such as Mirch Masala, Doughnotts, and Baked by Neelu will also be present at the event.
Furthermore, the festival will feature exhibitors from all over the East Midlands, including No Baloney UK, a small independent mobile street food caterer from Nottingham. The Leicester Vegan Festival will open its doors from 10.30am to 4.30pm at The Venue on DMU’s campus. Entry to the event is priced at £5 payable on the door (with free entry for those under 16), or £15 for VIP tickets in advance, which includes fast-track entry and a goody bag filled with vegan products, samples, discounts, and offers. Organized by Vegan Events UK, this marks the festival’s second consecutive year in Leicester following a successful debut.
