Revolutionary Partnership: Greenridge Exploration Teams Up with KorrAI Technologies

Greenridge Exploration Inc. has formally announced its collaboration with KorrAI Technologies Inc. through a partnership agreement, effective as of 19 March 2024. The primary objective of this partnership is to integrate KorrAI’s hyper-spectral imaging technology into the Nut Lake Uranium Project located in Nunavut, Canada.

The integration of KorrAI’s proprietary technology on the Project is intended to identify potential areas for ground exploration as part of Greenridge’s upcoming 2024 exploration programme. The advanced technology is anticipated to enhance the Company’s efficiency in uncovering mineralised outcrops by utilizing state-of-the-art systems throughout the entire Project. According to the terms of the agreement, KorrAI will provide technology solutions to Greenridge by leveraging geospatial imagery, modelling, and survey and sensor data relevant to the natural resources sector through individual statement of works. It is noteworthy that both parties have the option to terminate the agreement at any time following the completion of the services under each existing Statement of Work.

In consideration of the historical drilling on the Project, which revealed significant uranium and other mineral deposits, Russell Starr, Chief Executive Officer of Greenridge, conveyed his enthusiasm regarding the collaboration with KorrAI. He emphasized the potential of KorrAI’s Technology in substantially improving the accuracy and efficiency of the Company’s exploration programme while also laying the groundwork for potential future projects.

Significantly, KorrAI is recognised as an advanced earth observation technology company, leveraging advanced satellite imagery, integrated artificial intelligence, and machine learning to pinpoint undiscovered mineralised outcrops. The company’s proprietary technologies and processes amalgamate a wide array of datasets and integrate known mineralised analogues and other internal company data to identify priority areas of interest.

Rob McEwan, President of KorrAI, echoed Starr’s sentiments, expressing the company’s excitement to collaborate with Greenridge and capitalise on the exceptional promise of the Nut Lake Uranium Project.
