Kislingbury Village Hosts Second Annual Food and Drink Festival This Weekend

On Sunday, 26th May, the village of Kislingbury will once again host the highly anticipated food and drink festival. Following the success of its inaugural event last year, the festival aims to celebrate and showcase the unique culinary delights and beverages that Kislingbury has to offer.

With over 30 stalls participating, attendees can look forward to a wide array of delectable pies, cakes, wines, cheeses, biscuits, preserves, and hot food. For younger guests, there will be a bouncy castle, a face painter, and even a rodeo bull to provide entertainment throughout the day. Admission to the festival is free, although donations are greatly appreciated. Ample parking will be available at the top of Camp Lane.

The festival is scheduled to run from 11am to 5pm, after which the festivities will continue into the evening. From 6pm onwards, festival-goers can enjoy live music featuring the talented blues and rock band Down South, who will take the stage at 7:30pm. As the night unfolds, a BBQ and bar will be available for those looking to indulge in delicious food and refreshing drinks while dancing to the music.

This event provides an excellent opportunity for both residents and visitors to come together and revel in the vibrant community spirit that Kislingbury has to offer. Organizers are looking forward to welcoming everyone from near and far to join in the festivities and embrace the unique charm of this quaint village.

Do not miss out on what promises to be a fun-filled day for the entire family, and an entertaining evening of live music and delicious food and drinks.
