Gambit Corporate Finance Announces the Elevation of Two New Partners

Gambit, a leading corporate advisory firm, has recently promoted two key staff members to the position of partners. As of July, Simon Marsden and Sam Forman will officially assume their roles as partners within the company.

Mr. Marsden, an alumnus of the University of Southampton, is a fellow of the ICAEW and honed his expertise during his tenure at KPMG. He joined Gambit in 2002 and has since played a pivotal role in providing guidance to private companies and shareholders on matters such as disposals, acquisitions, and fundraising. Notably, Mr. Marsden co-leads Gambit’s sector team and holds specific proficiency in the domain of business services.

On the other hand, Mr. Forman commenced his journey with Gambit in 2015 following the completion of his studies in international business at Brunel University, London. A member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, he also holds the ICAEW corporate finance qualification and has amassed extensive experience in M&A. Mr. Forman is responsible for leading Gambit’s relationship with Corporate Finance International.
