Learnovate, a global research and innovation centre located in Trinity College Dublin, has recently unveiled a distinctive programme aimed at providing graduates with a 12-month placement opportunity. This will enable them to acquire practical work experience in the area of learning technology.
The “Work Ready Graduate Programme” entails a collaboration between graduates and partner companies to collaborate on projects focused on learning technology solutions. With the guidance and mentorship of senior researchers at the Learnovate Centre, participants will have the opportunity to explore real-world applications of the latest advancements in learning technology. Notably, this initiative is supported by Enterprise Ireland, with a significant portion of the funding allocated to the programme.
To be eligible for the programme, candidates must possess a minimum of a level 8 degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong interest in Education, User and Learner Experience, Learning Technologies, and/or Instructional Design. Ideal candidates should have completed their studies or graduated between 2020-2024.
The selected graduates will be placed with a partner company, receiving ongoing support from the Learnovate team as they engage in projects centred on learning technology solutions for corporate learning or formal education environments. This immersive experience will equip participants with essential business skills, extensive mentoring, and exposure to the latest industry trends and techniques.
