During his tenure at Coventry Building Society, Simon demonstrated strong leadership and oversaw significant growth, earning recognition as the Financial Reporter Mortgage Industry Marketer of the Year in 2023. These accomplishments were pivotal in his selection for the role at Dudley BS.
