Exciting Food and Drink Festival Back in Norfolk with an Exciting New Addition

The esteemed food and drink festival is set to make a triumphant return for its second year on Father’s Day, promising to be bigger and even more flavourful than before. This year’s festival vows to showcase an impressive array of delectable treats, from ice-cold beers to mouth-watering burritos.

You may recall the inaugural West Norfolk Seasonal Food and Drink Festival, which took place along Hunstanton’s High Street in March and was met with resounding success. Well, brace yourselves, as it will be back by popular demand on Sunday, June 16 from 10am to 3pm, and this time it’s completely free to attend. The festival is the brainchild of Mark and Rosie Kacary, proud owners of The Norfolk Deli and its sister café in the charming seaside town.

Whether you are a local resident or simply passing through, you can eagerly anticipate a fantastic array of stalls at the June event, including offerings from Duration Brewing, Mushroomery, The Norfolk Pie Company, M&M Sweet Treats, and Heather’s Kettle Corn, among others. And that’s not all – this year, there’s a fabulous new addition with a dedicated street food area. Prepare your taste buds for Surfing Sombrero’s tantalizing burritos, Pura Vida’s mouth-watering paellas, Chinese snacks from Great Wall, and the irresistible sweetness of Dann’s Ice Cream.

While savouring all the culinary delights, it is recommended to take some time to explore Hunstanton’s permanent shops, cafés, and restaurants. This presents the perfect opportunity to support local businesses and uncover some hidden gems.

Mark Kacary conveyed his excitement about the upcoming festival, stating, “The West Norfolk Seasonal Food and Drink Festival is a celebration of local flavours, community spirit, and the simple joys of exploration and discovery.” And we concur wholeheartedly.
