The award categories include the Young Entrepreneur Award, which acknowledges exceptional young female entrepreneurs between the ages of 18-35 who have established successful and sustainable enterprises. The Energy Entrepreneur Award highlights achievements in the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors. Lastly, the Lifetime Achievement Award recognises women who have made enduring contributions across multiple areas or disciplines.
The 2024 AWIEF Awards winners will be celebrated at an outstanding awards ceremony and gala dinner on November 29, 2024, at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), Cape Town, South Africa. This event will mark the conclusion of the AWIEF2024 conference, scheduled to take place on November 28-29, 2024.
