Cannes Lions Luxury & Lifestyle Jury to be Led by Charles Georges-Picot

The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has announced the members of the inaugural Luxury & Lifestyle Lions Jury. This prestigious panel aims to set a global standard for luxury brands by recognizing and celebrating the most influential creative work, experiences, and innovative business solutions within the luxury and lifestyle industry.

Charles Georges-Picot, CEO Global Luxury Practice at Publicis Groupe, has been appointed as the Jury President. He will lead a diverse Jury comprising experts from various disciplines such as fashion design, business leadership, brand management, creative arts, photography, and publishing. The panel will also include specialists in branded content, technology, media, and experiential marketing, contributing their extensive knowledge and experience to establish a new benchmark for branded communications in this captivating sector.

Cannes Lions intends to provide this disrupted sector with its own standard, shifting the industry’s focus from generating awareness to recognizing solutions that are revolutionizing business models and establishing a new creative standard for an industry in transition. The Luxury and Lifestyle Lion aims to set a new standard in luxury across creative and craftsmanship, considering elements such as supply chains, sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and evolving business models.

The Jury will convene in Cannes to evaluate this year’s submissions and announce the winners during the Cannes Lions Awards Show on Thursday, June 20.
