Santander UK is pleased to announce the expansion of its Real Estate Finance team with the appointment of Allan MacKenzie as the new Senior Relationship Director – Real Estate. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance sector, MacKenzie will report to Nick Peet, the Divisional Head of Real Estate Finance, and will be based in the bank’s Manchester office.
Prior to joining Santander, MacKenzie held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Head of Commercial Real Estate for Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man, as well as Managing Director for Commercial Real Estate and Housing for Scotland, North of England, and Midlands.
In his new role, MacKenzie will manage a large portfolio of the bank’s existing clients within the commercial real estate sector and contribute to Santander’s growth strategy in the North West of England and nationally.
