Ernst & Young LLP (EY) has recently announced the commencement of the application process for its 2025 EY Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN) cohort. This initiative is designed to provide Black and Hispanic entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and assistance to expand and grow their businesses.
The EAN was established in 2019 with the aim of supporting Black and Hispanic/Latino-owned businesses, acknowledging their substantial contributions to their communities and the broader American economy. Notably, these entrepreneurs have collectively generated over $183 billion and $800 billion, respectively. Despite these accomplishments, they continue to encounter various obstacles that hinder their full potential.
EY is committed to addressing these challenges by granting minority entrepreneurs access to resources as they navigate their business journeys. The launch of the 2025 EAN program signifies another significant stride in empowering these entrepreneurs and facilitating the growth of their ventures.
According to Nit Reeder, EY EAN program director, “Black and Hispanic/Latino entrepreneurs are among the unsung heroes of our economy. With EAN, we are not merely envisioning a world where barriers do not exist — we are actively creating it. If you are prepared to scale and amplify the impact of your business, let us work together to make it happen.”
Participants in the program will benefit from access to the EY entrepreneurial ecosystem, which includes bespoke coaching, a tailored curriculum, and a community of like-minded and innovative entrepreneurs. Through these resources, they will acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to elevate their business concepts to the next level.
Furthermore, the program offers opportunities for participants to engage with the broader EY network, including the Entrepreneur Of The Year program and the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women community. These platforms provide invaluable support, networking, and mentorship opportunities, linking participants with potential investors and industry leaders.
Since its inception, EAN has supported approximately 300 CEOs and founders, facilitating $51 million in capital alignment and over $600 million in new contracts and services.
Entrepreneurs interested in the EAN 2025 accelerator program can submit their applications until August 30.
