Booze Brothers Brewing Co. is preparing to launch a new family-friendly restaurant named Party Burgers in Fallbrook, aiming to accommodate both beer enthusiasts and families seeking quality time together. Co-founder of the brewery, Dave Firth, stresses the intention to establish an environment that appeals to families, despite the somewhat attention-grabbing name of the establishment. Party Burgers by Booze Brothers Brewing Company will mark the brand’s third tasting room, joining its existing establishments in Vista and Oceanside. This foray represents the brewery’s second location in Fallbrook, following the closure of its initial site in May resulting from a property dispute with the landlord.
The new facility is designed to offer a pleasant dining experience, with an all-outdoor seating area featuring a covered patio spanning 2,500 square feet, a semi-covered area of equal size, and a 1,000-square-foot front space complete with yard games and a stage for live music. Party Burgers will serve its signature items, such as smashburgers, veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, a variety of wings, and fries, with a potential addition of a barbecue element on weekends. To complement the delectable menu, the space will also offer 12 taps primarily featuring Booze Brothers beers, occasional collaboration or guest taps, and around eight local wines.
Dave Pankratz, the head of food operations, plans to introduce new items and refresh old favorites, including ice cream milkshakes and the Classic Smashburger. With a soft opening scheduled for the end of July and the grand opening to follow in August, Party Burgers’ operating hours will be from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Sunday through Wednesday. Firth affirms the brewery’s commitment to remain in the area due to their deep appreciation for the local community, expressing their love and dedication to the close-knit community in North San Diego.
The Encinitas Fish Shop celebrates a significant milestone as it marks its 10-year anniversary. The Encinitas location, established in 2014, is part of the local seafood destination that originated with the Pacific Beach store in 2010 and expanded further with the addition of the Point Loma location in 2018. To mark this milestone, customers visiting the Encinitas Fish Shop on Wednesday, July 31 will receive a 10 percent discount as they partake in the specialty cocktail menu.
Furthermore, there have been announcements of several San Diego restaurants and eateries expanding to new locations. These include the Grant Hill eatery Todo Pa La Cruda and the Japanese-Mexican fusion restaurant Fuego Sushi. Additionally, the Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla recently launched a new dinner service and happy hour menus.
