Three talented Bahraini entrepreneurs have successfully qualified for the next stage of the highly anticipated Entrepreneurship World Cup 2024. The three entrepreneurs who have made it to the next round are Ahmed Faraj, Founder of Lumofy, Emad AlKooheji, Founder of Doobi, and Mansoor AlBuhumaid, Founder of Photon.
The local edition of the Entrepreneurship World Cup 2024, organized by the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), provided these budding entrepreneurs with a platform to showcase their innovative business ideas. During the event, they had the opportunity to pitch their businesses to a distinguished judging panel consisting of influential figures in the entrepreneurial landscape including Dr. Marwa Al Sabbagh, Nawaf AlKoheji, Marwa AlEskafi, and Ameen Altajer.

The successful entrepreneurs will now represent Bahrain in the next stage of the competition, joining 250 entrepreneurs from around the globe as they vie for a coveted spot in the finals. The thrilling climax of the competition is scheduled to take place in Riyadh in November, where the 100 finalists will showcase their entrepreneurial prowess.
The Entrepreneurship World Cup is a prestigious global competition that has attracted over 370,000 entrepreneurs from more than 200 countries since its inception in 2019. With over $3 million in cash prizes and in-kind prizes valued at over $150 million, the competition aims to provide entrepreneurs with the necessary training, mentorship, and investment opportunities to support their journey from ideation to expansion.
