This renewed agreement focuses on future investments, including the introduction of the Waterfront Street Kitchen & Bar in the new Immerse LDN waterfront entertainment district offering diverse street food options.
Additionally, Levy will expand its food and beverage services in line with ExCeL’s 25,000 sq m expansion, emphasising high-quality, sustainable cuisine with initiatives like carbon food labelling and predominantly plant-based menus. Levy also plans enhancements along ExCeL’s boulevard, including the UK’s first ‘checkout-free’ store, Market Express, and efficient touchscreen ordering systems.
