We are delighted to announce that Breadalbane Finance has partnered with TOL as the ‘Official Community Partner’. This collaboration is aimed at showcasing and supporting youth and amateur club rugby in Scotland, emphasizing the crucial grassroots level of the game.
The partnership will involve a series of articles acknowledging the remarkable efforts to sustain rugby at the community level. It will commend the unsung heroes who play a significant role in keeping the sport alive, especially in the face of challenges that community sports encounter.
In addition, Breadalbane Finance will sponsor a monthly feature article series from different regions across the country. Community rugby clubs will be invited to propose their story ideas, and a panel of judges will select six winning entries that best capture the spirit of the game. These selected clubs will each receive an award valued at £500 to be used for the betterment of their club, including investments in kit, equipment, coaching, or any other rugby-related necessities.
The partnership will culminate in a public vote to decide on the ‘Breadalbane Finance Community Rugby Story Of The Season’. The winning club will be honoured with a community rugby celebration event hosted by Breadalbane Finance, featuring coaching clinics, music, food, and a Q&A session with special guests from TOL.
Jamie Lindsay, Director of Breadalbane Finance, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, acknowledging the shared values and goals between Breadalbane Finance and The Offside Line. Furthermore, he emphasized Breadalbane Finance’s commitment to working closely with local communities and reigniting a sense of community engagement for businesses in Scotland.
Lindsay highlighted the business’s dedication to nurturing values acquired through various sporting endeavors, particularly in rugby. Additionally, he stressed the vital role of supporting local rugby clubs and reinforcing Breadalbane Finance’s mission of giving back to the community.
Breadalbane Finance’s role as a commercial finance broker was also highlighted, underlining their commitment to partnering with businesses to help them achieve their goals through modern funding solutions and traditional relationship values.
More information about nominating a community rugby story will be shared in the coming days, with the first club feature expected to be released early next year. This partnership signifies a significant step towards championing and celebrating grassroots rugby in Scotland, with both Breadalbane Finance and TOL committed to supporting and uplifting community rugby.
