In partnership with her late husband, Dan Nani, Terry co-established the Nani-Saperstein Management talent agency. While Nani oversaw adult talent, Terry focused on nurturing the careers of young performers. After her husband’s passing in 1998, Terry assumed full control of the organisation and continued to make a significant impact on the lives and careers of many aspiring talents.

In addition to her role as a talent manager, Terry shared her expertise and experience through the co-creation and instruction of a course entitled “The Business of Acting”.
