A New Approach to Work and Wellness: Jesse’s House Set to Open in West London

Little House Group is delighted to announce the upcoming launch of its latest venture, Jesse’s House, in West London in spring 2024. This pioneering all-day concept is designed to provide a distinctive environment where individuals can seamlessly integrate work, fitness, and high-quality childcare all within a single location. The mastermind behind this innovative project is none other than Charlie Gardiner, the esteemed founder of the renowned Icipio Group. This marks the second venture of the esteemed Little Houses Group.

The initial location, Jaego’s House in Kensal Rise, served as the prototype for the forthcoming Jesse’s House. This groundbreaking establishment will cater to the needs of remote-working parents, providing a comprehensive array of amenities encompassing workspace, childcare, education, leisure, and wellness facilities all conveniently housed within a singular space. The atmosphere has been meticulously crafted to be unassuming and enjoyable, offering parents the opportunity to work and exercise whilst ensuring the well-being of their children. Furthermore, designated areas for social interaction, dining, and relaxation have been included to address the growing need for communal spaces in an increasingly digital society.

Jesse’s House will boast a fully-equipped gym and exercise studio offering a diverse range of group workout sessions including dance, cardio, and strength training. Additionally, it will host programmes curated by esteemed London-based operators with the goal of promoting holistic well-being. For the little ones, the club will offer a children’s cinema, soft play area, jungle gym, and outdoor play spaces, along with an Ofsted-registered nursery that follows an early years curriculum.

The facility will also feature a pool and water-based wellness offerings designed to provide a sustainable and environmentally-friendly experience courtesy of Myrtha Pools and Barr + Wray. These partners are set to provide stainless steel tanks with significantly reduced carbon footprint, thus promoting sustainable construction and operational practices.

In response to this development, HCM editor Liz Terry commented, “Developments such as those being brought to market by Little Houses Group show how the pandemic has changed lives and today there are many people working from home who need support with access to better work/life facilities such as this, where they can get down to work in a fit-for-purpose space, knowing their children are being well looked after and where the whole family also has easy access to exercise during the day.”

Rosie Moss, Head of Property at Little Houses Group, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “Jesse’s House will be an environment offering numerous health, well-being, and relaxation benefits in one central space. We’re looking forward to welcoming the general public with a facility which will make a difference to people’s lives through education, support, and enjoyment.”

In terms of membership, various packages are available with all-inclusive full-week membership costing £150 per adult and £50 per child, although there is a fluid waitlist in place.

The unique integration of work, wellness, and childcare at Jesse’s House reflects a burgeoning trend in the industry. As the number of individuals working from home continues to rise, the demand for such facilities is anticipated to increase, offering a space where families can thrive in a supportive and healthy environment, fostering productivity and well-being for all.
