The new flexo system, available in both full rotary and semi-rotary options, boasts significant speed enhancements. The full rotary system, integrated into ABG’s Converter line, now operates at an impressive speed of 220 m/m, establishing itself as the preferred choice for high-volume projects. In contrast, the semi-rotary option, featured in the Digicon Series 3, caters to digital customers with the fastest semi-rotary flexo head in the market at 90 m/m.

A notable feature of this new flexo technology is the specially engineered sleeved system, which is designed to enhance usability for operators. The lightweight sleeve, measuring at 350mm, is ideal for wider web widths (430 and 530mm) and offers a convenient slide-in, slide-out option.
