The decision to appoint Kent-Smith as Finance Director follows Jonathan Parsons’ assumption of the role of Business Development Director, as part of the company’s strategic restructuring. This transition aligns with the founding family members, Harry and Anne Parsons, preparing to reduce their active involvement in the company’s operations.
Kent-Smith’s background includes valuable experience in preparing VAT returns and managing accounts from his time at a firm of chartered accountants. His exceptional performance led to the creation of the Finance Manager position specifically for him, and he has continued to make significant contributions to the company’s financial functions.

This success can be attributed to both organic expansion and the company’s response to industry changes, particularly in improving thermal performance in line with regulatory requirements such as Part L.
