Eugene’s career trajectory did not always lead him to the realm of education. After delving into the realms of data analysis and automation, he came to the realisation that there is more to life than just numbers and figures. His diverse experiences in property investment and coaching broadened his perspective, ultimately steering him towards his passion for education.
A defining moment for Eugene occurred during a period of introspection in his mid-twenties. Despite earning a substantial salary, he pondered his purpose and direction, ultimately realising that practical lessons and entrepreneurial skills should be imparted at a young age.
Rich Hero Edu encountered numerous hurdles along its journey, but through continuous learning and feedback, the vision became clear – to concentrate on entrepreneurial education for tweens and teenagers. This encompassed financial literacy, self-confidence, global awareness, and practical experience.
Eugene brings Rich Hero Edu’s vision to life through project-based learning, where students engage in real-world projects and develop essential life skills. By collaborating with entrepreneurs, social enterprises, and non-governmental organisations, students gain practical experiences while also developing a sense of agency and purpose.

The organisation has reached over 300 students through various workshops and programmes, with the objective of empowering every student to evolve into a problem-solver, leader, and positive force for change in the world.
