The upcoming GPO food hall, set to open at Liverpool’s Metquarter, is currently searching for three additional food and beverage operators to become tenants. GPO, the largest food hall in Liverpool, is scheduled to open this Spring and will showcase the best emerging food and drink talent in the city. Notable tenants such as Bullion Craft Bean Café, Restaurant Konjo, Jail Bird Nashville Fired Chicken, Patty B’s Burgers, Thai 25, Dirty Herb Vegan Kitchen, and Bubble Tea have already been secured, and GPO is now looking to add three more operators to its lineup.

As the effects of lockdown begin to ease, GPO is poised to become a premier destination in Liverpool. Whether visitors are food enthusiasts, film enthusiasts, or simply seeking retail therapy, Metquarter will unquestionably become a must-visit location for locals and tourists alike.

According to Matt Bigland, Founder and Director at The Milestone Group, “If you think your brand is a good fit, we want to hear from you! GPO will champion independent regional operators above all else, and we urge interested parties to get in touch and pitch to us!”

Centre manager Jennina O’Neill expressed her enthusiasm for GPO’s launch, stating, “It’s a really exciting time for Metquarter. GPO will inject even more life and soul into the building, and it completes the remixing of the centre. We truly offer something for everyone and we’re looking forward to the opening later this spring.”

The arrival of GPO, located on the Victoria Street entrance adjoining Everyman, is expected to breathe new life into the local area and create over 130 jobs in the city, both during the building phase and after its opening.

For those interested in becoming tenants at GPO, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of Liverpool’s largest food hall. With its prime location and promise to be a hub for the city’s emerging food and drink talent, GPO is set to revolutionize the dining and entertainment scene in Liverpool. Interested parties are encouraged to reach out and present their ideas as soon as possible.
