In order to be eligible for this prestigious recognition, candidates must possess a minimum of a decade of professional experience, demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages, and be under the age of 45. Nominations are accepted from various sectors within the automotive industry, including automakers, suppliers, service and mobility providers, as well as retail and aftersales businesses.
