Furthermore, the integration of generative artificial intelligence into operations is anticipated to play a pivotal role in propelling sustainable growth for Xerox.
According to Tino Lancellotti, Chief Information Officer at Xerox, “This digital transformation initiative is a crucial facilitator for reinventing our operating model to simplify our geographical, offering, and operational footprint while transforming our clients’ experience. We believe TCS is the right partner to deliver such a complex program given their proven experience both within Xerox and across the industry.”
The partnership between Xerox and TCS also underscores the potential of cloud and generative AI to enhance business and IT service delivery on an enterprise-wide scale. This endeavour will entail drawing on the expertise of industry partners, including leading hyperscalers and AI solution providers.
