Lewis Ashford has been appointed as a senior business development manager (BDM) for the South West region, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role at The Co-operative Bank, where he served as a senior BDM for approximately 15 years.
Emma Harris, previously an operations manager and finance broker at One Stop Business Finance for nearly three years, has taken on the role of relationship manager for the Yorkshire region.
Victoria Pearce, with prior experience as a senior business manager at Keystone Property Finance and a regional account manager at Foundation Home Loans, has also been appointed as a BDM for the Midlands.
The new appointments further reinforce the bank’s dedication to its real estate finance services, according to Jayne Follows, the head of real estate finance at the bank. Furthermore, the bank reported its highest ever level of gross new lending, reaching £328 million in 2023, marking a 6% increase on the previous year.
