Presently, he balances his time between creating large-scale paintings and managing Indycar drivers, including Scott Dixon. This year, Johansson is focusing on pointillist interpretations of Formula 1, drawing inspiration from French impressionist Georges Seurat. Alongside Johansson, notable artist Dexter Brown will also exhibit works featuring Ayrton Senna and pre-War Auto Unions, while the collection will include a number of female motoring artists, such as Ella Friere, known for her creative representations of classic racing passes.
