Highlighting the collection is Banksy’s ‘Kate Moss,’ a striking screen-print that merges the likeness of supermodel Kate Moss with elements from Marilyn Monroe’s iconic imagery. Warhol’s screen-print ‘Details Of Renaissance Paintings’ captures the essence of Botticelli’s ‘The Birth Of Venus,’ featuring the artist’s famous depictions of women such as Monroe and Queen Elizabeth II. Picasso’s contributions include a 1955 lithograph, ‘Portrait de Femme II,’ inspired by his muse and second wife Jacqueline Roque. David Hockney’s notable piece in the showcase is ‘Celia With Green Hat,’ portraying his muse, textile designer Celia Birtwell. The exhibition also features works by Grayson Perry, Tracey Emin, Michelangelo Pistoletto, and Richard Hamilton. The new Shapero Modern headquarters is located at 94 New Bond Street, integrating a bookshop and decorative print gallery within the space. Director Tabitha Philpott-Kent expressed enthusiasm for their enhanced visibility on Bond Street, a prominent shopping destination in London. Shapero Modern, established in 2014, focuses on post-war and contemporary prints, solidifying its position in the art world.
