Join Us for an Exciting Week of Entrepreneurship!

Hey everyone! Guess what? The Innovation Connector is joining the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) this year! It’s a week-long celebration of entrepreneurs and startups happening from November 13th to 19th. The theme for this year’s GEW is ‘Entrepreneurs Thrive Here.’ It’s all about empowering and supporting entrepreneurs from all over the world, especially those who face challenges or have never considered starting their own business.

We’re super excited to be part of this global event, and guess what? Muncie is ranking 2nd in the United States for the number of events happening during GEW! The only city ahead of us is Tulsa, OK, which is a bigger city with a well-established startup scene. But hey, we’re not far behind!

Most of the GEW events will be taking place right here at the Innovation Connector. The Ball State University Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute is also hosting some events. We’re teaming up with them to bring impactful events and opportunities to our community. And the best part? All the events are FREE to attend, thanks to our amazing partners and sponsors.

One of the highlights of Entrepreneur Showcase Week is The BIG Idea Pitch competition. This is the ninth time we’re hosting this awesome event. We’re even hosting Training Camps to help participants prepare for their pitches. Attending the Training Camps is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Entrepreneur Showcase Week is going to be a blast! There will be workshops, panel discussions, and seminars for all entrepreneurs and business leaders.
