Toyota Hits a Milestone: 300 Million Cars Produced Worldwide

Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) has hit a massive milestone by producing a whopping 300 million cars worldwide. This incredible achievement comes 88 years and two months after Toyota’s very first car, the Model G1 truck, rolled off the production line in August 1935. The production numbers include both domestic and international production, with over 180.52 million cars made in Japan and 119.6 million produced abroad as of September 2023.

The Corolla takes the crown for the highest total production, with an impressive 53.399 million Corolla cars manufactured globally as of September 2023.
