The value added for participants is significant, as each individual who signs up for the challenge receives a guide to utilize, even beyond the completion of the challenge.”

The program is individually tailored to the unique needs of each participant, with a total of 40 slots available across four categories: women’s weight loss, men’s weight loss, women’s muscle gain, and men’s muscle gain. Additionally, participants can schedule a 30-minute consultation with Kuhlman to review their macros and will be required to complete a daily progress log via Google. At the conclusion of the six weeks, a final body scan will be conducted to assess the outcomes.
The ultimate aim of the program is to analyse the various outcomes resulting from the nutrition guide, as Kuhlman describes, “I want to determine the different effects of that nutrition guide, designed as a scientific experiment.”
