NEON, an immersive exhibition space, is set to open in Spring 2025 at Battersea Power Station, marking Central London’s first dedicated venue for cultural exhibitions. The venue will showcase renowned exhibitions, host local and international visitors, and contribute to the area’s cultural vibrancy with community-focused initiatives including complimentary ticket distributions.

A new exhibition space, NEON, is set to open at Battersea Power Station in Spring 2025, focusing on immersive experiences. This venue marks Central London’s first purpose-built cultural exhibition space, located on Circus Road East. Construction is progressing, with significant structural work already completed. The venue will feature a series of renowned immersive exhibitions, with the inaugural event soon to be announced.

The exhibition space will host selected experiences from award-winning tours like \”Machu Picchu\” and \”Jurassic World: The Exhibition\” with a planned semi-permanent offering. Ron Tan, CEO of NEON, expressed excitement about bringing these experiences to a vibrant area that has grown since Battersea Power Station’s public unveiling in October 2022.

Battersea Power Station is now a cultural hub with over 150 shops, bars, and restaurants, hosting events like the Light Festival. National Geographic recognised it as one of the world’s top 20 cultural spots in 2024. NEON’s opening coincides with Wandsworth’s designation as The London Borough of Culture, enhancing the area’s cultural landscape.

The new venue will feature two exhibitions annually and aims to attract both local and international visitors. NEON has collaborations with major studios, creating unique immersive experiences. Each year, their repertoire draws nearly one million visitors.

In honour of the opening, NEON will distribute 5,000 free tickets to local schools and offer 1,000 complimentary tickets to charities and community groups, reinforcing their commitment to accessibility in cultural experiences.

The NEON exhibition space represents a significant development in London’s arts and culture scene. Situated at the historic Battersea Power Station, this venue enhances the cultural vibrancy of the area, known for its shopping and dining. By providing immersive events and community access, NEON aims to engage audiences in unique experiences while supporting local initiatives, especially as Wandsworth celebrates its year as The London Borough of Culture.

Battersea Power Station will welcome the NEON exhibition space in Spring 2025, promising to offer unique immersive experiences, heightening London’s cultural scene. With significant community outreach through free tickets, NEON aims to ensure that experiences are accessible for all. This venue will not only showcase renowned exhibitions but also solidify its position as a major cultural landmark in the heart of London.
